Day 2, Sat, Feb 12 Arrive Cairo. Transfer to hotel. Overnight: Cairo, Egypt.

Day 3, Sun, Feb 13 Cairo Museum, camel ride, pyramids & sphinx, Pharonic Village. Overnight: Cairo, Egypt.

Day 4, Mon, Feb 14 Drive via Suez Canal, across the Sinai to St. Catherine’s Monastery. Overnight: St. Catherine’s, Egypt.

Day 5, Tue, Feb 15 Early morning ascent for those who wish to see the sunrise from the summit. (part of the climb can be via camel) After breakfast, continue to Nuweiba to take the hydrofoil to Aqaba, Jordan. Drive to Petra. Overnight: Petra, Jordan.

Day 6, Wed, Feb 16 Full day tour of Petra. Overnight: Petra, Jordan.  

Day 7, Thu, Feb 17 Machaerus, Madaba, Nebo, Tall el-Hammam, Wadi Kharrar. Overnight: Amman, Jordan.

Day 8, Fri, Feb 18 Pella, Abila, Jerash, Bet Shean. Overnight: Sea of Galilee, Israel.

Day 9, Sat, Feb 19 Boat ride on Sea of Galilee, Wadi Hamman, Magdala,
Capernaum, Bethsaida, Chorazim, Arbel. Overnight: Sea of Galilee, Israel

Day 10, Sun, Feb 20 Sepphoris, Nazareth Village, Church of Annunciation
(cave homes), Megiddo, Caesarea. Overnight : Jerusalem, Israel.

Day 11, Mon, Feb 21 Temple Mount, South Wall excavations, Bethlehem, Herodion. Overnight: Jerusalem, Israel.

Day 12, Tue, Feb 22 Mt. of Olives, Gethsemane, City of David (video,
Warren’s Shaft, Hezekiah’s Tunnel …wet or dry), Pool of Siloam, House
of Caiaphas (Galicantu). Overnight: Jerusalem, Israel.

Day 13, Wed, Feb 23 Genesis Land, Masada, Qumran, Samaritan’s Inn & mosaics.  Overnight: Jerusalem, Israel.

Day 14, Thu, Feb 24 Western Wall Tunnel, Via Dolorosa, Church of Holy Sepulchre, Garden Tomb. Overnight: Jerusalem, Israel.

Day 15, Fri, Feb 25 Israel Museum (Shrine of the Book & Model of the Ancient City), Yad Vashem, Valley of Elah, (possible) Khirbet Qeiyafa. Overnight: Jerusalem, Israel.

Day 16, Sat, Feb 26 Free day. Farewell dinner. Evening flight. Overnight: in flight
